Birken2009DSC_0102We strongly believe the benefits of having both healthy and motivated employees.

For the past 2 years Oceaneering AS has encouraged their employees to participate in a number of offroad bicycle events which has been a great success. In 2009, 85 employees took part in the Birken bicycle offroad event of 95 km.

Oceaneering AS has had a number of HSE topics with focus on health.

Our goal for 2009 is to have a total sickleave of less than 2.8%

So far we are well within the margins of our goal.

This reflecs the great aspect of health and well being among employees working in Oceaneering AS.
