New record in response time from parts required to parts delivered on heliport Bergen?

The requirement came from Songa Dee.

We have replaced the magnum onboard with the new Magnum + and experienced malfunction in the power switches supplying the electrical motor power. The request for parts came inn at 10:55.
We had one of our technical support team in the car 10 minutes later to pick up the parts from our vendor. The helicopter landed at OAS base 11:50 and arrived heliport Bergen one hour later.
The helicopter to the rig departed 14:00 and the parts were replaced before the shift was over.
We avoided to cause any downtime for the rig due to the quick response for the OAS support teem and our vendor NSI.
