Oceaneering AS has built up a rental tool-pool with the majority of tooling manufactured by Oceaneering. Oceaneering has the capabilities for a turnkey responsibility for repair, maintenance, and storage of Company owned tooling.

MaintenanceOceaneering Norway has over 600 rental tools available for in our own Subsea Tool Pool.

Oceaneering provides 24 hours service 365 days a year, and have established routines for a duty service which is on a rotation order among key personnel in the organization onshore. The 24 hours service is established to give response to the offshore operations to secure a safe and continuous service to the Clients. Three separate duty phones covers this service, split into Operational, Logistics and Personnel issues.

Close to 2000 maintenance jobs are carried out each year, and all tools are stored in-house.
In order to be able to keep track of logistics, maintenance, status/history, planning, certificates etc., we have developed a purpose made software package called "Tool Pool Manager". All received tools will be tagged and registered with status new. All tools are listed in the software with current status. This enables us to keep track until the tools has reached status finished. Skilled personnel do all maintenance work. Preformed work is in according to checklist for the individual tool.
