Oceaneering has a broad experience with rig support and vessel-based IMR & Construction work from the North Sea, British and Norwegian sector. Our experience with ROV support for drilling and completion work from rigs and platforms is well renowned and serves as a base foundation to our operation.

In addition, Oceaneering holds an extensive track record for vessel based ROV work related to construction, intervention, survey and inspection for a broad number of Clients, and has over the past two years invested more resources into this business segment.

Oceaneering has its strength in being an "ad-hoc problem solver", by helping oil companies avoid critical stops in operations. Oceaneering has through several ad-hoc projects built up expertise on this type of work.

Despite the fact that Oceaneering AS is a part of Oceaneering International with its head office in Houston, all the management and decision-making is done locally for operations in Norway. Oceaneering has, during the last ten years, built up an extensive organization to handle client's requirements for high quality performance. This workforce has been very stable, and with the introduction of a separate human Resource Coordinator, focus has been set on the personnel.

The philosophy of Oceaneering is based on the belief that our company's greatest resource is our personnel.

Having the world's finest equipment is not enough if we do not have the right personnel to operate it. All of our personnel onshore and offshore as Norwegian and comply with recommended OLF guidelines. However, when needed, personnel from other parts of the region will be called upon.
