The viscosity of fluids can vary from batch to batch of chemicals. Physical properties for these chemicals are not well known at actual operating conditions. The VisCom®CTV, can compensate for the actual fluid viscosity and thus greatly improve the accuracy of the flow.

The VisCom®CTV is equipped with three absolute pressure sensors for measurement of pressure drop across two fixed restrictors. The principle of the VisCom®CTV is to compare the pressure drop across these two restrictors. Flow rate are calculated and compensated for the actual viscosity.
