Rotator develops, designs and builds control systems of various types, designs and sizes.

For almost 50 years, our company has delivered control systems for remote control of hydraulic and pneumatic valves to FPSO´s, floating and fixed production installations, drilling rigs and more than 300 ships all over the world. We deliver complete hydraulic control systems, including in-house manufactured components such as control valves, restrictors, hydraulic locks, manifolds and explosion proof panels. Rotator has over the years manufactured explosion proof hydraulic control systems for operating both downhole well production valves, X-mas trees, ballast controls and actuators. The systems can be designed for wall mounting, floor mounting or in watertight cabinets for deck mounting. Being an experienced and customer focused manufacturer and supplier, we are fully able to design and deliver control systems of various types, designs and sizes.

Through the years Rotator has manufactured hydraulic control racks for operating both downhole wellproduction valves and X-mas tree valves and actuators.

Actuators

Our actuators can be delivered to fit any type of globe valve or integrated with our own globe valve design.

Ballast control systems

We design and deliver control systems of various types and sizes. Systems for hydraulic, pneumatic, electric/hydraulic or pneumatic/hydraulic control.

Hydraulic Flow Control Valves

Our flow control valve was developed after discovering the demand for a very accurate and fine adjustable valve.

Hydraulic power units (HPU)

We design and manufacture hydraulic power units for any purpose and size. The hydraulic power units may also be designed as combined power- and control units.
